Former founder of ACV Installations and Founding Member of Blue Hemisphere Airconditioning (Pty) Ltd, elected as Managing Director and responsible for crafting the future value for Blue Hemisphere Airconditioning and is responsible for the growth and capital delivery legs of our strategy.

Through investigation of all aspects of growth including mergers, acquisitions and recycling growth, enables improved focus on project selection, capital delivery and the strategic aspects of projects.  Peter takes a project from the conceptual/ design phase to the point of delivery.

Mr Ralph Cramer

• More than 31 years experience in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry.
• Excellent product and application knowledge for all commercial and industrial systems supported by firm business and strategic management principles.

Former Operations Manager of Daikin Air Conditioning (Gauteng), Ralph joined Blue Hemisphere Airconditioning in March 2009, and was elected to the Board of Directors.  Ralph is responsible for broadening the contract base in Gauteng and Africa.

Mr Alfred Nkosi

Executive Director : Refrigeration

• Refrigeration Technician and former Lecturer of Air Conditioning at Alexandra Technicon.
• More than 33 years experience in refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Superb training enthusiast with a hands-on management style to accomplish quality installations.

Founding member of Blue Hemisphere Airconditioning (Pty) Ltd, Alfred was elected as Director.  Alfred creates value for the company in the immediate term, running day-to-day operations and is responsible for the safety and bottom line cost elements of projects.

Further his role is to drive down cost to increase bottom line performance and to be the guardian of safety in all refrigeration operations.

Mr Steve Baleson

Maintenance Manager

• Qualified Electrician.
• 30 Years experience of which 16 years as Maintenance Manager.

Former Maintenance Manager at Revac CC, Steve joined Blue Hemisphere Airconditioning in March 2007 and was elected to the Board of Directors in December 2008.

Steve creates value for the company in the immediate term, running day-to-day maintenance and small works operations, and is responsible for service delivery and client liaison.

Ms. Phyllis Tonkin

• National Diploma Public Relations and Business Management, Pretoria Techicon.
• Founding member of Blue Hemisphere Airconditioning (Pty) Ltd.

Phyllis is responsible for developing people and public relations.  Her function is more than just the traditional HR function; this function redefines the way Blue Hemisphere Airconditioning attracts, hires, develops, speaks to and manages people, from labourer to senior members and looks at all aspects of organisational development, human resources development and community relations.

Mr Clint Saville

Member – Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal

• Refrigeration Engineer.
• 18 Years experience.
• Proven track record and highly sought after in all aspects of Ammonia Refrigeration, Mechanical Fault Finding and Control Diagnostics.

Owner of Clint Refrigeration and runs Blue Hemisphere Airconditioning Kwa-Zulu Natal.  Clint is responsible for broadening air conditioning and refrigeration growth and service delivery in the immediate term, daily running and strategic development of the group capital growth.
